there is a child at a school where he has to have his aid lift him out of his wheel chair and off the toilet and back into the wheel chair everyday and when a teacher found out handicap rails were going to be installed he said he was going to go to zoning. Isn’t that discrimination? He doesn’t want to share an adult restroom with a child that will never be able to walk.
